Whether you are visiting San Antonio and The Quarry for the first time, or if you are a frequent Quarry golfer returning to your favorite course, we invite you to share your discoveries with us

Please visit our facebook page and upload your photographic memories and tell us your one-liner discovery for a shot at free golf (i.e. "Discover the Black Rock Squirrels," "Discover the shanks," etc.) 

We'll be mailing certificates for free rounds to a select number of memory sharers every month, so submit one photo or submit a hundred. Just be sure to tag yourself and The Quarry. (Please like us on facebook too, while you're there).

The Legal Stuff We Have To Say...

By posting your photos on facebook and tagging or mentioning The Quarry Golf Club, you are submitting your pictures for use in Quarry marketing efforts and binding yourself to the following agreement.

1. You hereby grant the The Quarry Golf Club the right to publish, display, use and re-use the uploaded photograph and your name (collectively, the "Material"), in any and all media, now known or later developed, without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use, including on the Website, Quarry Facebook page, and in Quarry advertising and public relations (the "Usage"). Not all Material submitted will be used and The Quarry is not obligated to use your photograph or Material in any way. The Quarry will have the right to alter and edit the Material as it sees fit and to use it in modified or distorted form without any further consent from you.
2. All Materials and photographs submitted via e-mail or Facebook "tag" will become the property of The Quarry, including the copyright therein and may not be returned. Quarry may use the Materials in any way it sees fit, with any photographs and text it determines consistent with the Usage above. 
3. All Materials submitted with be reviewed in advance prior to use. Materials must comply with this Agreement: (a) the photo must be of only you, your minor children and one other adult and you must own the copyright on the photograph and the photo must not include any anything deemed  inappropriate by The Quarry in its sole and binding judgment.
4. You warrant and represent that you are the sole owner of all rights, including the copyright, to the photograph and Material, that you provided your own legal name, address and e-mail address, and have the full right to enter into this Agreement and grant these rights without violating the legal or equitable rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you warrant and represent that the photograph is a picture of you and that if other people are identifiable in the photograph, they are your minor children and/or another person from whom you have obtained a prior written release to use their likeness, submit it to The Quarry and agree to the terms of this Agreement on their behalf. In the event that Quarry so requests, you agree to provide copies of releases for you and any other people featured in the photograph.
5. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Quarry, and its agents and assigns, from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, judgments, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees ("Claims"), related to use of the Material or your breach of any warranties or representations in this Agreement, including for any claim of misrepresentation due to distortion, optical illusion or faulty reproduction which may occur in the Materials.
