Scorpions Coach's Show: Interview with Quarry GM

We are excited about our partnership with San Antonio's new professional soccer team, The Scorpions. The Quarry Golf Club is the official sponsor of and location for the Scorpions monthly coach's show. The coach's show for this month, May, took place in the restaurant due to the crazy rainy weather.

When is it available? 

Wednesday through Saturday, 5-8 p.m. and on the second Tuesday of every month for all Scorpions fans attending the Scorpions Coach's Show on the patio. The Coach's Show takes place from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at 444 E. Basse Rd in San Antonio.

What else is there?

A full-service bar with awesome drink specials on draft beer, house margaritas, house wine and well liquors and our new line of "skinny" drinks (if you're interested). Drink responsibly.

New Skinny Drinks at The Quarry Golf Club

The Quarry Golf Club has a new skinny drink menu. What's a skinny drink, you ask? A low calorie solution to your drink craving!

Upon request, Rupert Cuellar, San Antonio's most talented mixologist, has created a menu of five new skinny drinks. Each drink has fewer than 190 calories and is bursting with flavor and flair.

Drink #1: Tropical Sangria
skinny girl sangria, fresca, brandy, cointreau, just a titch or orange and pineapple juice, garnished with grapes, cherries, strawberry and lime

Drink #2: Infused Paradise
pineapple-infused tequila, fresca, pink grapefruit juice, fresh-squeezed lime juice, garnished with a cherry

Drink #3: Summer Fling Margarita
skinny girl margarita, tequila, fresca, garnished with orange, lime and a cherry 

Drink #4: Cranberry Breeze Cosmo
skinny girl white cranberry cosmo, vodka, fresh-squeezed lime juice, cranberry juice, bols triple sec, garnished with a lemon
