Chef Frederick has successfully catered more than 5,000 events at The Quarry, including banquets for the nation’s leading Fortune 500 companies with crowds of 100-300 guests. The San Antonio Restaurant Association has recognized Chef Frederick as one of the city’s finest chefs in an annual Taste of San Antonio culinary competition, where he was recognized as a finalist for an outstanding Southwestern cuisine recipe.
